This is the fifth writ petition filed by the petitioner challenging the termination order dated 26.10.2024 issued by respondent No. 2 - Saamarthya Milk Producer Company Limited. The first four writ petitions were filed before the Allahabad High Court, three of which were withdrawn for one reason or another.

Writ A. No. 8095 of 2025, however, remains pending before the Allahabad High Court.

After some hearing, Mr. Rohit Amit Sthalekar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to pursue the petitioner's remedies before the Allahabad High Court, where the territorial jurisdiction in respect of the said termination order arises.
