The learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that she has written instructions that the blacklisting order against the petitioner has been removed on 15.02.2019 and, therefore, there is no impediment in the petitioner visiting the country on the basis of an OCI Card issued to her. She also confirms that the petitioner's OCI Card has not been cancelled. 2.

In view of the above statement, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh if a cause so arises.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The pending application is disposed of.
