% 08.12.2015 Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that suit is valued at `23,22,263/- for the purposes of jurisdiction. Thus, this Court has no pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain and try this suit in view of the notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that suit may be transferred to the District Judge (South East District), Saket Courts Complex, New Delhi. Ordered accordingly.
