O R D E R

% 19.03.2018 Vide order dated 22nd January, 2018, trial court has granted interim bail to the petitioner for one week for undergoing his surgery. However, petitioner did not give his consent for surgery during the interim bail period. On 9th March, 2018, petitioner was also taken to G.T.B. Hospital by the jail authority when he refused for surgery. Accordingly, in my view, no case is made out for grant of interim bail on the ground of surgery. Bail application is dismissed.
