These are applications filed by the petitioner under Section 151 of the CPC, 1908 seeking withdrawal of the section 34 petitions. 2.

For the reasons stated in the applications, issue notice to the respondent.

Mr. Verma, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection if the applications are allowed. 4.

Hence, the applications are allowed and disposed of accordingly. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

O.M.P. (COMM) 467/2024 & O.M.P. (COMM) 468/2024 5.

In view of the order passed above, the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.

OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 260/2024 & OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 261/2024 6.

These are execution petitions filed by the decree holder under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking enforcement of the Award dated 20.07.2024.

Since the challenge by the judgment debtor in the section 34 petitions being O.M.P. (COMM) 467/2024 and O.M.P. (COMM) 468/2024 have already been withdrawn, there is no impediment in allowing these enforcement petitions, subject to the decree holder adequately stamping the Arbitral Award.

The Arbitral Award shall be appropriately stamped by the decree holder within 2 weeks from today.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the judgment debtor, on instructions, states that the awarded amount shall be paid within 6 weeks thereafter.

10. Taking the statement of Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for judgmentdebtor on record and binding the judgment debtor to the same, the present enforcement petitions are disposed of.

11. In case the amounts are not paid or there is a shortfall, the decree holder shall be entitled to revive the enforcement petitions. O.M.P. (COMM) 552/2024 & O.M.P. (COMM) 553/2024
