Learned counsel for the applicant, after some arguments, seeks to withdraw the present bail application and approach the learned Sessions Court afresh since neither the testimony nor the cross-examination of the prosecutrix was before the learned Sessions Court when the earlier bail application was rejected vide order dated 06.09.2025 by the learned Sessions Court.

As such, the present bail application, alongwith the pending application therein, is dismissed as withdrawn.
