The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: "a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction(s) directing the Respondent No. 1 & 2 to immediately remove the encroachment on Public Street (6 feet wide gali) which is adjacent to the house of the Petitioner and restore its access; and b) Direct the Respondent No. 1 to demolish all unauthorized and illegal constructions on the subject land (Khasra Nos.96,97/2, Village Sarai Kale Khan) raised by Respondent No.3."
