% 11.04.2018 CM APPL.13442/2018 (u/s. 151 CPC moved by the petitioner) The learned senior counsel restricts his prayer at the hearing to point out that the parties herein are not "brother and sister to each other" but "brother and brother", i.e., siblings to each other and further that it is not admitted by the petitioner that the subject property was originally owned by the predecessor-in-interest of the parties.

As requested, his submissions to this effect are noted for record. The application stands disposed of.
