Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and with their consent, the proceedings of CS DJ 880/2018, pending before Court of District Judge-01, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, is transferred to District Judge (Commercial), East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. 2.

The aforesaid transfer is also necessitated in light of the fact that the dispute in question comes within the ambit of the definition of Section 2 (1) (c) (xviii) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015. 3.

Let the papers of the case bearing no. CS DJ 880/2018 be placed before the Principle District Judge, Karkardooma Court, for assignment of the case to appropriate Commercial Court, East District, Karkardooma Court.
