The Petitioners had submitted a representation dated 9th November, 2020 alleging financial fraud committed by Respondent No. 2 in the balance sheets from the year 2014 to 2019.

Dr. S.S. Hooda, counsel for Respondent No. 1, on the other hand, states that although Respondent No. 1 may have jurisdiction to examine certain allegations made in the complaint, however, there are other regulatory authorities including Respondent No.3, who can first examine the allegations.

disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 1 to respond to the Petitioner's representation in accordance with law. In case Respondent No. 1 is inclined to have further information or evidence in support of the allegations made in the representation, they may accordingly direct Respondents No. 2 & 3 for the necessary inputs, if so required. Furthermore, in case the allegations in the complaint dated 9th November, 2020 are required to be examined by other regulatory authorities, Respondent No.1 may take a decision to that effect in accordance with law. 4.
With the above directions, the present petition is disposed of along with pending application.
