The Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 06th September, 2023 passed by the E-Sub-Registrar V-A, Hauz Khas refusing the registration of the Relinquishment Deed executed in his favour by Mr. Niraj Rohtagi, Petitioner's brother in respect of property bearing No. C-2/57, SDA, Hauz Khas.

Petitioner submitted a representation on 02nd October, 2023 to Deputy Collector, South, Saket, which was admitted under case file ID. No. 20220000006699. The appeal was then finally admitted for hearing on 07th November, 2023. According to Petitioner, the matter was in fact heard at length on 26th November, 2023 and on 28th November, 2023 the matter was reserved for orders.

hearing, no decision has been rendered for more than six months. 4.

Ms. Mehak Nakra, ASC representing Respondent, on instructions, states that the decision shall be rendered within a period of three weeks from today. The said statement is taken on record. 5.

In light of the above, the present petition, along with pending application, is disposed of.
