Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No.123/2024 dated 25.09.2024 under Sections 409/420/467/471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as 'IPC') registered at Police Station Economic Offence Wing (EOW) and consequential proceedings arising thereunder, in terms of the Comprehensive Settlement dated 03.10.2025. On advance Notice, learned APP for the State has appeared and accepted the Notice.

It is further submitted that on the Complaint of the Respondent No. 2, an FIR No. 123/2024 dated 25.09.2024 under Sections 409/420/467/471 and 120-B of IPC, got registered at Police Station Economic Offence Wing (EOW).

The present case had a narrow campus with a dispute inter se the parties, have been settled with the intervention of the third party, namely, Mr. Sanjeev Jethi, who is present in the Court. Not only the dispute involved in the present FIR but the larger issues have also been settled between the parties. Mr. Ssanjeev Jethi also endorses the terms of Settlement. 6.

The parties are present before this Court in-person today and have been identified by their learned Counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. The parties have endorsed the amicable settlement and accepted the terms thereof voluntarily.

The parties have submitted that all the disputes have been amicably settled and thus, no fruitful purpose will be served in continuing with the said FIR.

The present Petition has been signed by the Petitioners and are supported by their Affidavits.

In view of the above facts that the parties have amicably resolved their differences out of their own free will and without any coercion, no useful purpose will be served in continuing with the proceedings Hence, it would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto.

Accordingly, FIR No. 123/2024 dated 25.09.2024 under Sections 409/420/467/471 and 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Economic Offence Wing (EOW) and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly. Pending Applications, if any, also stand disposed of.

CRL.M.A. 30068/2025 (for de-freezing the Account) 12.

An Application bearing CRL.M.A. 30068/2025 under Section 528 of BNSS (Section 482 of CrPC) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for directing the Investigating Officer to de-freeze the Bank Accounts mentioned therein, which were frozen during the investigation. 13.

The Investigating Officer submits that the freezing has been done during the investigations, which is no longer required and he has no objection to de-freeze of the Bank Accounts.

In view of the submissions made, the Accounts, which were frozen during the investigations, may be de-freezed. 15.
