% 24.03.2017 The present petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus in a case arising out of FIR No.0155/2015 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, PS, CAW Cell, Nanakpura, New Delhi or passing of directions to respondent nos.2 & 3 to provide adequate and effective police protection to the petitioner and her family members. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to move appropriate application before the Deputy Commissioner of Police of the concerned area seeking appropriate remedy.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the DCP of the concerned area who shall consider her application and take appropriate action. P.S.TEJI, J MARCH 24, 2017/aa
