Mr.Rishab Sahu, Advocate, appearing on behalf of respondent no.1UOI on instructions, submits that on 02.11.2024, the department has received the document and after scrutiny, it has been found that the petitioner is entitled for being categorized as NRI. 2.

He then, contends that the necessary directions and steps have been taken by the respondent-Department to mitigate the grievance raised in the instant writ petition.

The respondent-Department is directed to add the name of the petitioner without any further delay.
