This is an application seeking early hearing of the Suit on the basis that the dispute between the parties has been settled and reduced into writing vide the Settlement Agreement dated 11.12.2025 under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The Settlement Agreement dated 11.12.2025 has been annexed to the application as Document no.2. This Court has perused the Settlement Agreement which contains the terms of settlement from page no.30 onwards of the application.

The identification documents, special power of attorney of one Mr. Hardik Agrawal, son of the defendant as also the power of attorney and Board resolution of the plaintiff has also been annexed to the Settlement Agreement. 4.

Having perused the terms of settlement, this Court is of the considered opinion that there is no impediment in decreeing the Suit in terms thereof. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 6.

The terms of the Settlement shall form part of the decree. 7.

Let the decree be drawn up qua the defendant no.4. Defendant nos.1, 2 & 3 are its directors.

The Suit is decreed and disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

9.

On the oral request, the Court Fees under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 shall be refunded to the plaintiff upon completion of all the requisite formalities as per rules.

10.

The next date of hearing i.e. 09.02.2026 before Joint Registrar stands cancelled.
