% 21.10.2016 CM No.38086/2016 (for change of name of the company) By this application, the applicant/respondent No.1 seeks change of the name of respondent No.1 from M/s Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd. to M/s Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. because the former has been acquired by the latter.

Issue notice.

There is no opposition to this application.

The name of respondent No.1 is changed accordingly. The application is allowed.

W.P.(C) 2879/2012 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is not in dispute that the lis has been settled with all the workmen in terms of their respective settlements except one workman called Ashok. However, from the array of parties, no person by the name of Ashok is arrayed as a petitioner. Hence, the said statement is not made out from the records.

In the circumstances, nothing survives in the petition. The writ petition is accordingly disposed off.
