The petitioners prays that the State be directed to protect their life and liberty from Respondent No. 4. The Respondent No. 4 is the father of Petitioner No. 1.

It is the case of the petitioners that they got married without the consent of Respondent No. 4.

Both the petitioners are present in the Court and on being asked, they state that they are happily residing together. 4.

On being pointedly asked, it is informed that the petitioners are not staying with their father and it is only an apprehension that the father in future might interfere with their life and liberty.

No order can be passed on an apprehension that something might happen in future at the hands of the father of the Petitioner No. 1.
