The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks following prayers:- "(i) initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnors for deliberate and willful disobedience of order dated 25.09.2025, passed by this Hon'ble Court in in WP (CJ NO. 14891/2025, in the matter titled as "Meera Khandelwal VERSUS Municipal Corporation of. respectively." (ii) direct the Contemnors to be present in person before this Hon'ble Court on the date which may be fixed by this Hon 'ble Court for this purpose and on all subsequent dates to face the contempt proceedings; and to comply the above-mentioned order forthwith.

(iii) pass necessary orders for enforcement of punishment of Contempt of Court as per provisions of law."
