This Court had recorded in the order dated 07th April, 2025, that the matter between the parties had already been settled. 2.

Accordingly, the Settlement Agreement between the parties has been directed to be placed on record.

Copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 11th December, 2012, has been placed on record.

Learned counsels for both the parties, as well as the parties who are present in Court, jointly submit that the present appeal be accordingly disposed of, in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement between the parties.

Accordingly, noting the submissions made by the parties, it is directed that all the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.
