% 20.02.2026 After some hearing, Mr. Yogendra Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application at this stage, without prejudice to the petitioner's right to move the Sessions Court at an appropriate stage.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submissions.

It is made clear that this Court has not commented upon the merits of any proposed application, which is for the Sessions Court to consider, in accordance with law.
