Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This intra-Court appeal seeks to challenge the order dated 27.08.2025 whereby the writ petition bearing no. W.P.(C) 12918/2025 filed by the appellant has been disposed of permitting the appellant to raise a title dispute in respect of the property in question by taking recourse to appropriate civil remedies. 3.

The order which is under challenge herein is based on a stand taken by the Land and Development Office, which was brought to the notice of the learned Single Judge by way of a written note, as is reflected from a perusal of para 6 of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the impugned order. Learned counsel for the appellant has stated that the stand taken by Land and Development Office before the learned Single Judge is based on incorrect documents. In support thereof, learned counsel for the appellant intends to rely upon certain documents which, according to him, were discovered by the appellant at a later stage.

The emphasis of the learned counsel for the appellant is that the note of the Land and Development Office on which the learned Single Judge has based the impugned order is incorrect for the reason that the same is further based on certain forged documents. If any document or evidence is discovered by the party at a later stage, the same may be a ground of seeking review of the order passed by learned Single Judge.

Accordingly, we are not inclined to entertain this appeal, which is hereby disposed of with the liberty to the appellant to institute appropriate proceedings to seek review of the order passed by learned Single Judge.
