The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks the following prayers: - "(i) Allow the present Petition filed by the Petitioner challenging the Impugned Order dated 04.10.2024 in part .
(ii) Set Aside the order dated 04.10.2024 passed by the Ld. Family Judge, South West District, Dwarka Courts to the extent of granting full day custody to Respondent on every 2nd Saturday uptil succeeding Sunday, where, the children shall be kept in Delhi to their grandparents house.
AND/OR Pass any other order(s) or relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the Petitioners and against the Respondent in the interest of justice."
