The present petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "I. Issue notice of show cause to the Respondents under Section 10 of the Contempt of Court's Act, 1971 for having committed contempt of the undertaking provided to this Hon'ble Court and for having committed contempt by interfering with the course of administration of justice;

II. Initiate contempt proceedings and punish the Respondents, for violating the directions and undertaking made before this Hon'ble Court;

III. Pass any other relief that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

Vide order dated 14.08.2025 in W.P.(C) 12335/2025 was disposed of, wherein the directions were passed for taking requisite action towards unauthorised construction expeditiously preferably within a period of 4 months.

Admittedly, the period of aforesaid 4 months has not lapsed. 5.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. 6.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of at this stage.
