Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1/New Delhi Municipal Council ('NDMC') informs that not only the goods of the petitioner were released but also, he is continuing with his vending activity. 2.

Reliance is placed on record qua the amount of fine and removal charges paid by the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, the issue sought to be canvassed no more survives, and the petition stands disposed of. 4.

As regards, the objection on the petitioner to the levy/payment charged, we keep the said issue open, with liberty to the petitioner to agitate the same before the appropriate authority/Court.
