The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that closure report has already been prepared and is likely to be filed in the near future.

The petitioner has sought quashing of the FIR No. 372/2024 dated 20.07.2024, registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar, for offences under Sections 406/385/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC').

As noted above, the prosecution, at this stage, does not wish to proceed with the FIR and has prepared the closure report. 4.

Considering the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to keep the present petition pending and the same is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file afresh in case any grievance remains in future.
