While deciding the appeal, impugned order setting aside the award in its entirety was tinkered with by this Court in respect of claim No.1 and claims Nos.3(a) to 3(f). The award to said claim was restored. 3.

Clarification sought in the application is with respect to the interest allowed as per the award qua claim No.1 and claim Nos.3(a) to 3(f). 4.

The application is disposed of directing that interest at the rate as per the award shall ensue qua said two claims.

No cost.
