This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to the Respondents for correction and restoration of Petitioner's score in NEET-UG from 239 and All India Rank of 641008 to its original position, that is, a score of 587 and All India Rank of 13008 as also allocation of seat and admission in the Respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, from the Petitioner, who is present in Court seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to take recourse to other remedies.

Accordingly, this writ petition along with pending application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for which will not include the remedy of coming back with a similar petition.
