The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: "a) issue a Writ of Certiorari for quashing/setting aside the rejection order dated 30.9.2025 passed by PCI and or any other suitable writ, order or direction to the Respondent to reconsider/recall the rejection order and decide the petitioner's affidavit for grant of recognition of B.Pharm Course in time bound manner and pass the final order for grant of approval to the petitioner institution for academic session 2025-26.

b) Pass appropriate directions to the Respondent to grant permission to the Petitioner's Institution for B.Pharm Course for the current academic sessions 2025-26." 2.

Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/PCI submits that the grant of approval for B.Pharm for the Academic Session 2025-26 has been rejected on the ground that the State NOC is not available.

Mr. Brijendra Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the State Government had issued NOC earlier this year, i.e., 2025 and the same was uploaded thereafter. 4.

Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh submits that the said NOC is not available in the record of respondent/PCI. However, a copy of the State NOC has been handed over by Mr. Brijendra Singh to Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh in the Court. 5.

Having regard to the fact that the State NOC was available with the petitioner and it is alleged that the same was furnished to the respondent/PCI, this Court is of the view that the grant of approval be reconsidered by the respondent/PCI in light of the State NOC, for the next Academic Session, i.e., 2026-2027, as the timelines for the present academic session, i.e. 2025-2026 have elapsed.

In view of the above, the impugned order of rejection is set aside and the matter is remanded to the respondent/PCI to reconsider petitioner‟s application for grant of B. Pharm course for the Academic Session 2026-27, in accordance with law, within a period ten (10) days. 7.
