The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition in order to enable him to challenge the order dated 11.07.2024.

He submits that, by an order dated 11.07.2024, the petitioner's right to lead defence evidence was closed which led to filing of an application seeking transfer of the case. 3.
He submits that the petitioner would challenge the order dated 11.07.2024 on merits itself.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
