Further to the order dated 09.10.2025, Mr. Sachin Chauhan, learned counsel, has entered appearance on behalf of Engineering Projects (India) Limited. Although he states that the petitioner's application for compassionate appointment of her son will be disposed of within three months from today, he reserves the respondents' right to take into account all relevant considerations in terms of the employer's Compassionate Appointment Policy dated 02.07.2013. It is his submission that the petitioner's son, for whom compassionate appointment is sought, is in fact employed with an outsourcing agency and has been working in the office of respondent No. 2 since 2013, i.e., much prior to the death of the petitioner's husband.
