First Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, namely, Pawan Kumar for grant of Regular Bail in FIR No. 339/2025 under Section 108/110 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'BNS') registered at Police Station Paharganj. 2.

It is claimed that the Applicant has been falsely implicated in this Case.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file afresh at a subsequent stage.

The Bail Application is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly with liberty as prayed for. Pending Application, if any, also stands disposed of.
