The learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the parties have arrived at a settlement regarding the visitation arrangement of the minor children during the pendency of the proceedings before learned Family Court. They have handed over the settlement terms agreed between the parties, which have been duly signed by learned counsel for both sides. The same is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid, the appeal is disposed of by directing that the parties will remain bound to by all the ten (10) clauses of the aforesaid settlement terms handed over by the learned counsel for both parties. both the parties and are marked as "X" and taken on record. The same are treated as the part of this order.

De hors the aforesaid, this will not come in way of the parties to seek modification of this arrangement before the learned Family Court if and when they need so arises, especially in the event of any change in circumstances.
