Petitioner being a stranger to the suit filed an application before the trial court under Section 151 CPC seeking clarification of the order dated 14.08.2024 of the trial court. The said application was dismissed by the learned trial court holding that no clarification was required. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the order dated 14.08.2024 was an interim injunction order pertaining to creation of a third party interest in the suit property but since the petitioner/applicant purchased a portion of the property, in order to ensure that the purchased portion is not a part of the suit property, the application was filed. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that the concerned sub-registrar has refused to register the sale deed of the petitioner.
