% 07.03.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to an inadvertent mistake, certain wrong annexures have been filed with the petition and also concedes that there is a mis-match in the prayer clause. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition based on the same facts and cause of action. The prayer is not opposed by learned counsel for the respondents.

The petition and pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
