The petitioner is aggrieved from the impugned order dated 16.09.2025 passed by the Ld. Additional Sessions Judge-07, South East, Saket Courts in bail matter no. 1839/2025 titled as "State Vs. Mohd. Shakeel" arising out of case FIR no. 0283/2025 dated 21.05.2025 under Sections 305/317(2)/3(5) BNS, 2023 registered at PS Govind Puri whereby the SHO/IO was restrained from taking any coercive action against respondent no. 2. 2.
Such order was passed by the Ld. Sessions Court on 16.09.2025 and was further extended to 14.10.2025 by order dated 26.09.2025. 3.

been granted by the Ld. Sessions Court despite the fact that respondent no. 2 has already disposed of the car used in the commission of offence. He further states that the stolen Khas oil is still to be recovered from the respondent no. 2 and any delay in the disposal of the anticipatory bail application and granting interim protection may result in disappearance of the case property.

Since the anticipatory bail application is listed for consideration before the Trial Court on 14.10.2025, petition is disposed of with direction to the Ld.
