This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 BNSS filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of FIR no. 0306/2023 registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar, under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC.

At the very outset, the Ld. ASC appearing for the State submits that matter is listed before the Trial Court on 12.12.2025 for consideration on charge.

Mr. Kunal Bhatia, Ld. Counsel appearing for the petitioner, after part submissions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition seeking liberty to press all grounds, rights and contentions at the stage of charge. 4.

The statement made by the Ld. Counsel is taken on record and petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All rights and contentions of parties are kept reserved to be addressed at the stage of charge before the Trial Court. 5.

At this stage, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner no. 3 is suffering from chronic knee problems and therefore, direction may be issued to the Trial Court to permit petitioner no. 3 to appear through video conferencing.

In view of the request made, it is directed that petitioner no. 3 would be at liberty to appear before the Trial Court through VC till such time she is required to physically attend proceedings before the Trial Court.
