The limited request in the petition is for issuing directions to the Ld. Special Court for disposal of the application of the petitioner under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. filed on 13.10.2022 in criminal complaint bearing CC no. 29/2022 titled as "Save Earth Stone Vs. D.C.P., EOW & Others" in a time bound manner.

was reserved for orders/clarification for 10.03.2025 but since thereafter, the matter is getting adjourned on ground of grant of Sanction under Section 19 of the PC Act even though, the same is not required in view of Section 17A of PC Act.

Without going into the merits of the order passed by the Ld. Special Court, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Special Court to make best possible endeavour to dispose of the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. expeditiously.
