This writ petition has been preferred by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the stoppage of family pension which was being paid to her allegedly being the nominated beneficiary of late Sh. Dharam Chand, her father, who was a retired Government employee when he expired in 2017.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner to take recourse to appropriate legal remedy before the appropriate Forum.
