% 24.02.2016 By this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr. PC the petitioner is seeking quashing of FIR No. 24/2009 under Section 177/181/193 /208/209/210/417/420/448/34 of IPC registered at Police Station Subzi Mandi, Delhi.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition the petitioner has already been discharged, therefore he does not press the present petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
