Second Petition under Section 483 BNSS has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking Extension of Interim Bail granted vide Order dated 08.07.2025 by the learned ASJ on humanitarian/medical grounds for a period of 60 days.

The record shows that on one pretext or the other Interim Bail extensions have been sought on behalf of the Petitioner. Pertinently, an Interim Bail was granted by the learned ASJ but the extensions have been sought from this Court.

Be as it may, the Discharge Summary of the Sir Ganga Ram Hospital has been placed on record, wherein the Petitioner stands discharged on 18.10.2025. had been suffering fever two days before his admission on 15.10.2025. There is nothing to show that as on date there is any medical complication which justifies any further extension of Interim Bail. However, on the request of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent on 29.10.2025 by 05:00 P.M. The Discharge Summary is taken on record. 4.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
