On verification, it is found that the minor child is though suffering from 'Congential Hernia', however, was never admitted to hospital. The child was advised 10 days' rest on 30.09.2025 and the applicant has not consulted any Doctor for further treatment.

It is also stated that the child is currently residing with her material uncle and is being properly looked after. 5.

In view of the above, the present application is disposed of with direction to the applicant to surrender on or before 17.10.2025.
