This application is preferred on behalf of the original Petitioner for a direction to Special Task Force ('STF') to decide the pending representation of the Petitioner in a time bound manner in terms of directions passed by this Court on 07.11.2024 while disposing of the writ petition. 2.

It is clear from reading of order dated 07.11.2024 that writ petition seeking action in respect of unauthorized construction by Respondents No.8 to 34 in subject property, was disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach the STF with a direction to STF to act upon Petitioner's complaint expeditiously. From the application, it appears that STF has so far not taken any action on Petitioner's complaint.
