This Court has heard the learned counsel representing the Petitioners at some length.

An application for interim order has been dismissed by the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal-I, Delhi [hereinafter referred to as 'DRT-I'] on 07.10.2025 and a securitization application filed by the Petitioners is pending before the DRT-I.

At present, the Chairperson of Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal ('DRAT'), Delhi is stated to have demitted office and the Chairperson of DRAT, Calcutta has been given additional charge of DRAT, Delhi, who is stated to be on leave till 10.10.2025. 4.
Learned counsel representing the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners are undertaking to deposit a sum of Rs.10 lakhs by way of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. a Demand Draft in favour of the Respondent today itself. A photocopy of the Demand Draft of a sum of Rs.10 lakhs has been handed across to the Court today.

The Registry is directed to scan and upload the same so that it remains embedded in the case file.

Learned counsel representing the Petitioners further submits that the Petitioners also undertake to pay the remaining amount of the pending installments i.e. Rs.18 lakhs till 27.10.2025. 7.
The Petitioners are bound down by the statement made by their counsel today.

Keeping in view the aforesaid situation, the dispossession of the Petitioners shall remain stayed till 27.10.2025, subject to deposit of Rs.10 lakhs with the Respondents and Rs.18 lakhs till 27.10.2025 by the Petitioners.

In the meantime, the Appellants are at liberty to take steps to file an appeal before the DRAT, Delhi.

The present Petition is accordingly disposed of. The pending applications also stand closed.
