Learned counsel appearing for Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") submits that she has received instructions recently and seeks time to file counter.

Per contra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wishes to take benefit of the Amnesty Scheme of the MCD, which is permitted till 30th September, 2025. 3.

He further submits that the MCD has already recovered more than Rs. 8 Crores extra from the petitioner by way of attachment of the bank accounts of the petitioner.

Accordingly, let a representation be filed by the petitioner before the respondent, with regard to seeking benefit of the Amnesty Scheme. 6.

Let the representation be filed by the within a period of one week from today before the MCD.

Upon receipt of the representation, the MCD shall decide the same expeditiously, preferably, within a period of four weeks from receipt of the representation.

8.

The decision of the representation of the petitioner shall be duly communicated to the petitioner.

9.

In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed by the MCD, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present petition. 10.

Accordingly, the present writ petition, along with the pending application, stands disposed of.
