in order to address concern of the Petitioners and to allay any apprehension, FMC Agro Singapore PTE Ltd and FMC Corporation will not assert any rights qua the patents in question against the Petitioners i.e., NATCO Pharma Ltd. and GSP Crop Science Ltd., respectively. The statement is made on instructions from the Respondents and is taken on record and accepted.
