Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0104/2023 under Section 420 IPC, registered at PS: Crime Branch, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, in terms of settlement between the parties.

Neither the Petitioner nor Respondent No.2 is present toady. 3.
Vide Order dated 29.11.2024, it has been recorded that Respondent No.2/Complainant, who was present in person, stated that he has not received the entire money and the matter has not been settled. 4.
In view of the aforesaid, present Writ Petition along with pending Applications is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution, with liberty to the parties to approach this Court, in case any settlement arrives between the parties.
