This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.540/2022, under Sections 323/354/341/451/34 IPC, P.S. Janakpuri basis settlement arrived at, between the parties by MoU dated 18th May 2024, which is on record of this Court.

Petitioner is present in Court while complainant/respondent No.2 is present through VC. Both are identified by the IO. 3.

Respondent No.2 states that she has no objection to the quashing of the said FIR.

continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR No.540/2022, under Sections 323//354/341/34 IPC, PS Janakpuri and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 6.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.
