% 28.11.2024 Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the parole has already been granted by the Competent Authority for two weeks vide order dated 26.11.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of this, she does not want to press further with the liberty to file an appropriate application for extension of period of parole. In view of the submissions, the petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
