+ RC.REV. 92/2018 RAJINDER SINGH CHAUHAN & ANR ..... Petitioners Through:
Mr. Manish, Advocate versus SURRENDER SINGH & ANR ..... Respondents Through:
Mr. M.K. Gautam, Advocate
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.K.GAUBA
O R D E R
% 01.05.2018 The respondent-landlord is not ready to enlarge the time stating that he is in urgent need of accommodation for his own use. Though the respondent during the hearing submitted through counsel he is agreeable to extend the time till 31st December, 2018 if the petitioner agrees to pay @ Rs. 10,000/- per month from the date of eviction order, such terms are not acceptable to the petitioner. In these circumstances, it is clear the parties are not able to come to terms.
It will not be just or proper to compel the respondent to agree to enlargement of time without proper conditions being added. The request for enlargement of time is declined. These proceedings are closed.
