% 16.03.2018 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that impugned order of 26th August, 2016 (Annexure P-26) rejecting petitioner's statutory appeal is a mechanical one.

There is unexplained delay of one and half year in filing this writ petition. The delay occasioned has not been explained in the writ petition. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh one while explaining the delay occasioned.

In view of aforesaid, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
